　　面对北京近日的连续雾霾，有的人默然承受了，有的人奋起急呼着。看似有的人积极有的人消极，但内在的责任心却未必能分伯仲。差异背后反映的是，认识决定方式。

　　媒体对于雾霾天气的关注和大声疾呼是必要的、也可理解，但政府改善空气质量的决心和一直以来的坚持努力也不能被忽视。去年以来，北京市政府在治理大气污染方面的措施之多、标准之严、行动之快都可以说是史无前例的。
