　　新华网昆明2月9日电 (记者 李萌)2月7日，有网民发帖称云南省昆明市寻甸回族彝族自治县气象局局长赵丽芬借用其他单位公车回老家过年，涉嫌公车私用等方面问题。昆明市气象局回应称，云南省和昆明市气象部门专门派出工作组到当地详细了解相关情况，经调查核实该车辆为一辆私家车，不属于公车私用范畴。

　　这篇名为《昆明气象官员松散懈怠和公车私用》的帖子称，寻甸县气象局局长赵丽芬长期涉嫌公车私用，今年1月29日还借用其他单位公车回云南怒江老家过年，车辆牌照号为“云AR566X”。2013年10月，赵丽芬等人还开着这辆车到河口县旅游。记者发现，该网帖中展示多张车辆照片，但没有牌照为“云AR566X”的相关照片。

　　昆明市气象局相关负责人表示，接到群众举报后，云南省、昆明市气象局高度重视，立即派出工作组到当地开展核实调查工作。8日晚，昆明市气象局在其官方微博“昆明气象”发布相关调查结果称，经调查核实，车牌号为“云AR566X”的黑色丰田轿车并非举报人所说的公车，而是昆明市另一个区县气象局职工的私家车。因此，寻甸县气象局局长赵丽芬等人驾驶云AR566X的行为不属于公车私用范畴。工作组详细向寻甸县气象局职工核实相关情况，并调看了视频监控记录，2014年春节期间，寻甸县气象局所有公车均按规定封存并停放于单位院内。

　　据昆明市气象局相关负责人介绍，市气象局早在2010年便制定出台了《昆明市气象部门车辆使用管理办法》，对全市气象部门各单位公车的使用、停放等作出了详细规定，每逢节假日还会对公车封存等情况进行抽查。
