　　北京商报讯(记者 王晔君) 随着一年来中俄关系的升温，备受关注的中俄天然气价格谈判有望破冰。俄罗斯总统新闻秘书德米特里·佩斯科夫日前公开表示，俄中两国计划在5月前就俄罗斯对华供气价格达成共识。

　　价格问题是导致中俄双方无法就俄罗斯对华供气问题达成共识和签署合同的主要绊脚石。2013年9月初，俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司与中石油签署了主要供应条件框架，并总体上确定了价格公式，目前只剩下基本供应价格没有谈拢。

　　厦门大学中国能源经济研究中心主任林伯强表示，目前我国治理雾霾大力推进煤改气，造成天然气供应紧张，寻找稳定的气源十分紧迫；而受美国页岩气革命影响，俄罗斯天然气出口也受到一定影响，急需开拓新市场，在这种背景下，双方尽快达成价格共识的可能性非常高。

　　中石油海外开发公司相关人士则透露，此前俄方对出口中国的天然气价格选择向欧洲市场进行对标，每千立方米达400美元，随后降至350美元，而在欧洲市场的冲击下，俄方又再一次将价格降至300美元。但即便如此，与中国从土库曼斯坦、哈萨克斯坦及乌兹别克斯坦进口的天然气相比，这一价格仍过高，中国来自中亚的进口天然气价格尚不足200美元。

　　“从目前形势来看，中俄有望各退一步，达成价格协议，最终价格肯定会低于俄罗斯出口到欧洲的价格，但略高于目前我国从中亚进口的天然气价格。”林伯强说。

　　俄气公司与中石油于2013年3月签署了东线管道对华供气项目谅解备忘录。俄气公司总裁当时表示，预计将于2018年开始每年对华供应380亿立方米天然气，还可根据情况增加至600亿立方米。
