　　新华网海口2月10日电(记者郭信峰 赵叶苹 马超)在刚刚过去的海南春节黄金周，岛外游客自驾游井喷，三亚、海口等地交通一度瘫痪。记者从今年海南两会上了解到，海南2014年将出台措施适度控制自驾游入岛车辆。

　　正在海口举行的海南省五届人大二次会议审议了《关于海南省2013国民经济和社会发展执行情况与2014年国民经济和社会发展计划草案的报告》。报告提出，今年海南将出台措施适度控制自驾游入岛车辆。

　　列席海南两会的中国(海南)改革发展研究院院长迟福林接受采访时表示，今年海南春节交通大堵车反映出，随着中产收入阶层崛起，人们到海南度假的需求加大，同时也暴露出相关部门对入岛游形势估计不足，未来需要出台措施加强管理和服务。

　　民建海南省委主委、海南省公路勘察设计院院长施耀忠建议，海南旅游热点城市要加大基础设施建设，还要尽快出台一些城市管理法律法规，统筹对外来车辆的管理，鼓励旅客乘坐公共交通工具。

　　尽管公款消费退潮，今年春节假期海南旅游市场依然火爆，散客继续成为当地旅游市场的主力军，自驾游进岛车辆大幅增长。统计数据显示，平时每天进入滨海旅游城市三亚城区的车辆约为1.5万辆，而春节前5天平均每天进入三亚城区的车辆达13万辆。
