　　新华网郑州2月10日电 (记者付昊苏)记者从河南省南阳市中级人民法院获悉，该院对河南省委原常务副秘书长陈江河受贿、巨额财产来源不明、滥用职权一案作出一审判决，判处其无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产，其违法所得予以追缴。

　　法院审理查明，被告人陈江河于1995年至2011年，在任杞县县委书记、开封市委秘书长、河南省委副秘书长期间，利用职务便利为请托人谋取利益，或利用职务等便利条件，通过其他国家工作人员为请托人谋取不正当利益，收受张胜涛等39人所送贿赂共计726万余元人民币、8000美元、价值9.1万元人民币的购物卡及价值31.59万港元的手表5块。案发后陈江河及其家属已退出受贿所得全部赃款赃物。

　　截至2011年8月，被告人陈江河对其本人财产中的252.61万元人民币、8.82万美元不能说明其来源。2001年至2006年，陈江河在担任河南省委副秘书长期间，违反省委、省政府关于省直机关公有住房管理分配的有关规定，出具虚假证明或指使省委办公厅工作人员出具虚假证明，为其情人、家人及朋友向省委省政府机关事务管理局申请购买内部价格住房9套。经河南省价格认证中心评估，该9套住房的市场价与内部购买价差额共计193.22万元人民币。

　　法院审理认为，被告人陈江河的行为已分别构成受贿罪、巨额财产来源不明罪、滥用职权罪，应数罪并罚；鉴于其能够如实供述自己的犯罪事实，可对其从轻处罚；其案发后将受贿所得全部退出，可酌定从轻处罚。遂依法作出上述判决。

　　一审宣判后，被告人陈江河不服判决，表示上诉。
