　　据了解，陕西省任前“考廉”内容主要包括反腐倡廉建设的指导思想、基本原则、方针政策及工作部署和要求，党的各项纪律要求和党内监督、干部选拔任用、党风廉政建设责任制及领导干部廉洁自律等党内廉政法规以及相关法律法规知识。任前廉政法规考试实行百分制，采取开卷或闭卷方式，开卷80分(含80分)以上合格，闭卷60分(含60分)以上合格。考试成绩作为干部任用的依据之一，考试成绩合格者，按规定程序任用。考试成绩不合格者，建议党委暂缓任用，半年内补考一次，补考成绩合格的，予以任用。补考成绩不合格的，不予任用。

　　2009年陕西省在全省市、县两级管理的领导干部中全面推行任前“考廉”，2010年又将省管拟任副厅级领导干部和省级机关拟任内设机构领导干部及所属单位主要负责人纳入任前“考廉”范围。2013年全省近1.2万人次参加考试，50人因成绩不合格被暂缓提拔。
