  据新华社电 记者日前从教育部获悉,在2006年发布的《全日制民族中小学汉语课程标准(试行)》基础上修订的《民族中小学汉语课程标准(义务教育)》已投入使用,更加注重培养少数民族学生的汉语应用能力。


  据介绍,汉语应用能力的形成,建立在学生的语言知识、语言技能、文化意识、学习策略和情感态度五个方面综合发展的基础之上,新的课程标准按照九年一贯的学习系统进行设计,在总体目标之下,从上述五个方面,按一至二年级、三至四年级、五至六年级、七至九年级四个学段,分别提出“学段标准”。


  同时,这一标准为学生制定了包括认知策略、调控策略、交际策略和资源策略等一系列专业技能在内的学习策略,学生可在学习中根据不同情况,学会应用各种学习策略,找到适合自己的有效的学习方法,促进学业的发展,还针对民族地区的特色情况给出教学、评价以及课程资源开发等方面的建议。


  教育部已要求各地将该课程标准作为双语教师培训的一项重要内容,认真组织开展相关培训活动。
