　　中新网哈尔滨2月1日电(记者 王琳) 1日，记者从黑龙江省旅游质量监督管理所获悉，许多民众误把“黑龙江省假日期间旅游投诉电话”当做“假日办值班电话”，不断致电问询“你们上班吗”。从三十至今，该部门接到的查岗电话要以百位计算。

　　今年春节放假安排公布后，“除夕不休息”引来不少民众吐槽。黑龙江省旅游局此前公布的假日期间旅游投诉咨询电话被当做“假日办值班电话”，从除夕到现在已接到无数个“查岗”电话。

　　“你好，你们今天休息吗？”“不休息，您有什么事？。”“没事，你们上班我就平衡了。”网络上流传的春节查岗“假日办”的段子如今已成为黑龙江省旅游质量监督管理所投诉电话中频繁出现的对白。

　　黑龙江省旅游质量监督管理所所长张孝春解释说：“‘0451-87010055’是黑龙江省旅游局假日期间旅游投诉咨询电话，并非假日办的值班电话。此前公布这部电话是为了保障黑龙江省游客的安全、权益，受理旅游途中的投诉问题。”

　　今年三十、初一两天，张孝春都在单位值班，问询“你们上班吗”的电话直到初二上午从未间断，有的民众要打三、四遍反复确认，“查岗电话”的总数要以百位计算。

　　张孝春表示：“冬天是黑龙江冰雪旅游的旺季，春节又是探亲游的高峰，为了保障游客们的投诉问题及时得到解决，质监执法部门节假日都要坚守在岗位上，这是我们应该做的。查岗电话可以理解，但会造成电话长时间占线，耽误游客们正常解决问题。”
