据通报，4例人感染H7N9禽流感病例均于30日确诊。其中家住广州市荔湾区、59岁的邓某，30日凌晨经抢救无效死亡。家住肇庆市怀集县、28岁的孔某和佛山市禅城区82岁居民谭某病情危重，目前分别在广州和佛山的定点收治医院住院。而深圳市罗湖区81岁患者汤某病情稳定，于深圳市定点收治医院住院。
另据通报，29日确诊的广州病例张某，已于30日治愈出院。
为应对H7N9疫情，广州市医疗保险服务管理局大年三十下发紧急通知，宣布将禽流感特效药奥司他韦(即达菲)纳入该市医保报销。
根据通知，按照广州市卫生部门的规定，诊断为H7N9疑似病例的职工基本医疗保险、居民医疗保险和“新农合”参保人员，在基本医疗保险定点医疗门诊(不受医保门诊选点限制)使用奥司他韦硬胶囊和颗粒剂的药费，按乙类纳入医保基金支付范围，参照门诊特点项目待遇给予支付。
该通知还说明，已门诊记账结算的奥司他韦药费，参保人或家属可凭疑似H7N9禽流感的诊断证明书或门诊病历、结算单、发票、社会医疗保险凭证等资料，到各医保二级经办机构申请零星报销；未记账的奥司他韦药费，按零星报销相关规定申请零星报销。
据悉，该通知将于国家宣布H7N9禽流感疫情解除后终止执行。
