　　京华时报讯(记者 怀若谷 )昨天，温岭杀医案被告人连恩青的辩护人表示，连恩青已表示上诉，新的委托律师将起草上诉状。

　　连恩青的一审辩护律师朱圣勇称，他于昨天上午9点半到11点半，与连恩青家人聘请的二审新律师一同在温岭看守所会见了连恩青，对方表示将上诉。

　　朱圣勇称，连恩青认为台州市医学会、浙江省医学会出具的证明其鼻部手术不存在医疗事故的鉴定报告弄虚作假；浙江省立同德医院出具的精神鉴定也弄虚作假，其个人不存在精神疾病，更不存在疑病症。他还认为自己的鼻部疾病客观存在，医院对其病情有隐瞒，手术有过错。此外，连恩青还对判决书认定的部分事实存疑，如其系自动放弃终止犯罪，而不是被制服，其捅江晓勇医生只有两刀等。

　　今年1月27日，台州中院一审以故意杀人罪判处连恩青死刑。连恩青于2012年3月在温岭市第一人民医院做了鼻部手术，术后感觉鼻子不通气，要求医生为其重新做手术，被告知其鼻部不具有再次手术的指征，无法再次手术。2013年10月25日，其携带榔头及尖刀前往温岭市第一人民医院行凶，致该院医生一死两伤。
