　　新华网深圳1月29日电 (记者赵瑞希)记者29日从深圳市人民检察院了解到，该院已于近日对深圳光明“12·11”重大火灾事故中涉嫌玩忽职守罪、受贿罪、行贿罪的3名国家工作人员宣布逮捕。

　　经广东省人民检察院决定，近日，深圳市人民检察院以涉嫌玩忽职守罪、受贿罪，对光明新区原公明办事处副主任黄某某、公明办事处经济科技发展办公室原主任麦某某宣布逮捕，以涉嫌受贿罪、行贿罪对公明办事处原城管科副科长兼根竹园社区党支部书记麦某某宣布逮捕。

　　2013年12月11日凌晨1时26分，深圳市光明新区公明办事处荣健农批市场发生重大火灾事故，共造成16人死亡，5人受伤。

　　此前，深圳市检察机关已对在该起重大火灾事故中涉嫌职务犯罪的国家工作人员，分别以涉嫌玩忽职守罪、受贿罪立案侦查9件9人，其中，含处级以上工作人员3人。
