　　中新网1月29日电 据河南省高级人民法院官方微博“豫法阳光”消息，1月29日，河南高院对河南省安监局原党组书记、副局长李永新贪污、受贿、挪用公款一案作出二审宣判，依法裁定驳回上诉，维持原判。

　　河南高院认定，李永新利用职务之便，侵吞公共财物、索取和非法收受他人财物、挪用公款等共计6450万元。洛阳市中级人民法院依法以受贿罪、贪污罪、挪用公款罪对被告人李永新数罪并罚，判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。

　　宣判后，李永新提出上诉，河南高院经二审开庭审理，认为原审判决认定事实清楚，适用法律正确，定罪准确，量刑适当，审判程序合法，遂依法作出上述裁定。
