　　新华网合肥1月29日电 (记者杜放、周畅)安徽省宁国市警方29日证实，2014年1月19日深夜，警方发现酒鬼酒1亿元存款被盗案2名逃犯入住宁国某大酒店的线索，并于20日凌晨将犯罪嫌疑人贾某抓获，犯罪嫌疑人陈某也于当日凌晨在宣城市区落网。

　　1月27日，上市公司酒鬼酒发布公告称：2013年11月29日，酒鬼酒子公司酒鬼酒供销有限责任公司在中国农业银行杭州分行华丰路支行开立了户名为“酒鬼酒供销有限责任公司”的活期结算账户，其后共计1亿元人民币存款被盗。

　　继披露公司银行存款被盗取1亿元后，酒鬼酒发布2013年业绩预告称，受“存款被盗”以及市场变化等因素影响，2013年公司净利润预计亏损6800万－7800万元。

　　酒鬼酒发布的公告称，2013年归属于上市公司股东的净利润预计亏损6800万－7800万元，每股收益亏损0.2093元－0.2401元，比2012年减少113.72%－115.74%。2012年，酒鬼酒归属于上市公司股东的净利润为4.5亿元，每股收益1.5元。

　　酒鬼酒表示，2013年业绩出现亏损的原因：一是市场出现变化，白酒行业进入调整期，公司营业收入大幅下降。二是“存款被盗”事件将影响净利润。

　　目前，安徽警方表示，两名嫌疑人已移交湖南警方，案情正在进一步审理中。
