　　新华网郑州1月29日电 (记者王烁)来自河南三门峡市中级人民法院的消息称，该院日前受理了由三门峡市人民检察院提起公诉的连霍高速义昌大桥“2·1”爆炸垮塌事故案，并将于2月中旬开庭审理此案。

　　2013年2月1日8时57分，连霍高速三门峡义昌大桥处发生一起运输烟花爆竹爆炸事故，导致义昌大桥部分坍塌，车辆坠落桥下，造成14人死亡，8人受伤。

　　三门峡市检察院向三门峡中级法院提起公诉，指控被告人张根林、薛运芳、翟工厂犯非法制造爆炸物罪和假冒注册商标罪，被告人唐振生、唐进虎、郭转玲、唐雪琴犯危险物品肇事罪，被告人张保林犯假冒注册商标罪。

　　据河南省政府批复的《连霍高速三门峡义昌大桥“2·1”重大运输烟花爆竹爆炸事故调查报告》认为，这起事故是一起生产安全责任事故，事故发生的直接原因是使用不具有危险货物运输资质的货车，不按照规定进行装载，长途运输违法生产的烟火药剂爆炸物(土地雷)和烟花爆竹，途中紧急刹车，导致车厢内爆炸物发生撞击、摩擦引发爆炸。
