　　新华网长春1月29日电 (记者周立权)28日，吉林省白山市江源区人民法院对共致53人遇难的八宝煤矿瓦斯爆炸案进行了一审公开宣判，多名被告人获刑。

　　2013年3月29日，吉林省吉煤集团通化矿业集团公司八宝煤业公司发生特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故，造成36人遇难。通化矿业公司为逃避国家调查，只上报28人遇难，隐瞒7名遇难人员不报。4月1日，该矿不执行省政府禁止人员下井作业的指令，擅自违规安排人员入井，又发生瓦斯爆炸事故，造成17人遇难、8人受伤。

　　据悉，江源区人民法院以重大责任事故罪、谎报安全事故罪判处原八宝煤业总经理被告人韩成录有期徒刑五年，以谎报安全事故罪判处原通化矿业集团董事长兼总经理被告人赵显文有期徒刑一年，以重大责任事故罪判处原通化矿业集团常务副总经理被告人王升宇有期徒刑三年，以重大责任事故罪、谎报安全事故罪分别判处原八宝煤业副经理王新江等7名被告人四年至十个月不等有期徒刑。

　　江源区人民法院还以玩忽职守罪分别对负有煤矿监察职责的原吉林煤矿安全监察局白山监察分局副局长被告人徐圣学、原吉林煤矿安全监察局白山监察分局监察一室主任被告人王玉玺，依法作出有期徒刑一年六个月和有期徒刑一年，缓刑二年的判决；以玩忽职守罪分别对负有安全监管职责的原吉林省白山市安全生产监督管理局副局长被告人李士军、原吉林省白山市安全生产监督管理局煤矿安全监管科负责人被告人张雨中，依法作出有期徒刑二年，缓刑三年和免予刑事处罚的判决。
