　　“棚户区改造是今年西藏保障性住房建设的重点”，西藏住建厅一位负责人称，2014年西藏保障房建设目标任务为6.58万套(户)，是去年的1.5倍，项目覆盖西藏所有地市、县和乡镇，所有新建项目要在年内基本建成，棚户区改造项目总体进度达到70%以上。
