你们好！眼看2014马年春节将近，为了减少雾霾污染，越来越多的市民积极响应倡导，选择不放或少放烟花爆竹。
那么，春节燃放烟花爆竹对空气质量的影响究竟多大，该不该禁放呢？
首先，让我们看一组数据：根据2013年上海市在春节期间除夕到年初六放假7天的空气质量监测结果，2月9日除夕白天，全市空气，处于优良级别；但从晚上8时燃放烟花爆竹起，PM2.5小时浓度迅速上升，2月10日大年初一凌晨2时达到峰值523.7μg/m3，直到初一的下午5时才降至国家标准75μg/m3以下。高污染导致大年初一当天上海市PM2.5日均浓度达到183.1μg/m3，AQI值为233，达到重度污染。2月14日1:00和2:00，为迎财神时段，PM2.5小时浓度突然增高至269和279μg/m3，导致年初五这天空气质量达到轻度污染级别。
其次，分析一下污染成因和危害：一是从内因看，由于春节期间全国集中放假，建筑工地基本停止作业；除了极少数企业，大部分工厂也放假休息。因此，2013年春节除夕和初五这两天的空气污染，其污染来源和成因机制应该是十分清楚的，是由于集中大规模燃放烟花爆竹污染所致，可称之为“烟花霾”。在“烟花霾”的形成中，每个燃放者都是污染的制造者和贡献者。
二是从外因看，2013年春节集中放假的7天里，除了年初一和年初五2天分别为重污染和轻度污染以外，上海的空气质量均为良，说明这段时间未出现不利气象条件，是属于典型的人为污染日。
三是从污染程度看，2天燃放烟花爆竹造成年初一和年初五分别达到重度污染和轻度污染级别。虽说仅2天污染，但在2013年全年124天污染天里，却已占了1.6%；在放假7天里，更是占比28%之多，充分说明“烟花霾”绝非小事，已经成为一种污染“公害”。而要消除烟花霾这一“公害”，就要靠全社会拧成一股绳，重塑“公德”！
