　　本报讯(记者褚国飞 杨敏)当地时间1月22日，美国宾夕法尼亚大学智库研究项目在世界银行和联合国总部发布了第七份智库排名报告——《2013年全球智库发展报告》(英文版)。同日，在世界21个城市发布了该报告的另外13种语言版本，中文版由上海社会科学院智库研究中心发布。

　　报告由来自全球1500多家同行机构(包括纸质、电子媒体，学术、公共、私有和政府研究机构)的1950多名专家历时8个多月共同完成。报告显示，2013年全球共有智库6826家，较2012年6603家略有增加。其中，北美洲最多(1984家)，欧洲次之(1818家)，亚洲第三(1201家)。从国家看，美国智库数量最多，有1828家；中国以426家次之；英国排名第三，有287家。结果还显示，金砖国家智库数量在不断增加。

　　按照18项评测标准对这6000多家智库进行排名，结果显示，美国智库占据重要席位。排名前五的智库如下：布鲁金斯学会蝉联全球智库第一名，英国皇家国际事务研究所次之，卡内基国际和平基金会第三，美国战略与国际问题中心升至第四位，瑞典斯德哥尔摩国际和平研究所滑至第五位。

　　在全球重要智库排名前100名中，中国有6家智库入围，分别是中国社会科学院、中国现代国际关系研究院、中国国际问题研究所、国际战略研究中心、上海国际问题研究院和国务院发展研究中心。在地区顶级智库前10名中，中国有4家智库入选，中国社会科学院蝉联亚洲第一。

　　“这在意料之中。”中国社会科学院拉丁美洲研究所所长郑秉文说，“中国社会科学院之所以能在亚洲智库中一直保持领先地位，首先是因为国家财政的大力支持。其次，中国社会科学院的社会科学研究自成体系，囊括了经济、法学、国际问题研究等多个领域。仅国际问题研究就下设8个研究所，研究对象覆盖全球，人员数量多达几百人，全世界没有任何一个国际问题研究机构能与之相比。最后，自新中国成立之初至今积累的大量人文社科研究优势也是中国社会科学院发展的坚实基础。”
