　　据山东省住房和城乡建设厅有关负责人介绍，山东省将以“人的城镇化”为核心，着眼于有序推进农业转移人口市民化，积极推动农民工“住有所居”。主要包括积极促进农民工住房保障，鼓励有条件的市县将农民工纳入城市住房保障范围，允许农民工依照当地标准租住公共租赁住房或购买经济适用住房、限价商品住房，并优先考虑签有劳动合同、有长期稳定收入的农民工等。

　　今后，山东省将推动住房公积金政策向农民工覆盖，引导用工企业认真贯彻国家和山东省有关法规规定，建立和完善住房公积金制度，按时、足额为包括农民工在内的职工缴存住房公积金。

　　2013年，山东省住房公积金实际缴存职工人数710万人，比上年增加17万人；全年缴存公积金610亿元，提取315亿元，发放公积金贷款400亿元。今年山东省将扩大公积金缴存覆盖面，力争年内实际缴存人数达到750万，缴存额突破700亿元。
