　　经济下行压力大GDP增速预料中

　　市统计局副局长、新闻发言人夏沁芳表示，2013年北京市GDP的预期目标是8%左右，目前的7.7%仍是在预期目标之内。

　　夏沁芳表示，本市最近三年人口平稳增长，而增速近几年都有所放缓。其中，2010年常住人口增速5.5%，2011年2.9%，2012年2.5%，2013年2.2%。

　　夏沁芳认为，人口增速连续三年放缓，与经济增速放缓相关。2011年开始，随着GDP增速放缓，人口增速也随之放缓。

　　还有一个原因是就业结构发生变化，劳动密集型行业就业人员在2013年出现下降，住宿、餐饮业、居民服务业、制造业的就业人数下降。

　　“而这些都是外来从业人员比重比较高的行业，这些行业的比重下降对外来人口的吸引力相对较小了，这也是增速放缓的原因。”夏沁芳表示，未来人口数量的变化还取决于产业结构调整、创新驱动作用发挥以及劳动生产力的提高等多种因素。

　　市规划委相关负责人表示，人口调控第一个目标是“刹车”。第二步目标是优化布局，避免人口过于集中在中心城区，将通过产业布局调整等方式调整布局。
