　　23日，北京市公安局副局长张卫华在“向市民汇报2013年首都公安工作情况通报会”上透露了以上数据。

　　为打造最安全的城市，北京警方重拳打击侵害民众利益的违法犯罪行为。去年，警方打击破获刑事案件总量同比上升10.6%，连续4年保持两位数以上增长，抓获犯罪嫌疑人同比增长13.1%，刑事案件立案同比下降3.6%。

　　2013年，警方加大了对假冒伪劣食品药品案件的打击力度，全年共打掉此类犯罪团伙83个，捣毁产供销窝点309个，查扣假冒伪劣调味品、名酒、保健品、药品等总价值近3亿元人民币。
