Forrester Research electronics brands in the annual customer satisfaction survey, Apple for several years ahead. But this year's survey shows a great deal of change. Apple is ranked second in 2012 and 2013, but Apple's ranking has slumped this year, less than Samsung, Microsoft and Sony.

The survey covered 7,500 United States users, and according to this user's answer to give a certain satisfaction score value and then compare different brands of overall score rank.

WSJ reports, Amazon in the survey score of 91, easily topped the first name compared to per cent in 2013, which is a huge upgrade, despite the 85 points scored in the last year also helped Amazon top.

Sony scores 83 second Microsoft and Samsung tie for third, scoring 82. Apple scores 81, was fifth.

In this survey, 76 per cent of the score of "good", while the Amazon 91 high marks for "excellent" level.

在Forrester Research电子产品品牌用户满意度年度调查中，苹果连续几年都领先。但是今年的调查却显示了很大的变动。2012年和2013年苹果都是位居第二，但是今年苹果排名却大幅下滑，不及三星、微软和索尼。

该调查涵盖7500名美国用户，然后根据这些用户的回答来给出一定的满意分数值，然后比较不同品牌的总分数进行排名。

WSJ报道，亚马逊起这个调查中得分91，轻松荣登第一名；相较于2013年的85分，这是一个巨大的提升，尽管85分的得分在去年也帮助亚马逊荣登榜首。

索尼得分83，位居第二；微软和三星并列第三，得分82。苹果得分81，位居第五。

在这个调查中，76到85的得分为“良好”，而亚马逊91的高分则为“优秀”级别。
