但就是这种看似正常的雅好交流，成为倪发科受贿的隐秘通道。他多次以把玩、鉴赏、收藏为由，收受企业老板“雅赠”的名贵玉石、名家字画，其中玉石占其受贿总额近八成，其中一次收受的和田玉就价值350万元；原铁道部部长刘志军收受字画、玉石等物品近200件，价值1300余万元。
