　　人民网北京1月20日电 (李楠楠)今日上午，北京大学及北京梦桃源餐饮有限公司诉被告邹恒甫名誉权纠纷两案在北京海淀法院公开开庭审理。庭审中，审判长询问各方当事人是否同意进行调解，各方当事人均不同意。随后，审判长宣布休庭，合议庭评议后将择日宣判。

　　在最后陈述阶段，北京大学认为，本案已经查明被告侵权真实存在，所以被告应该承担责任，请法院判如所请。北京梦桃源餐饮有限公司则坚持诉讼请求。

　　被告认为，北大不是具有名誉权的主体，也不能证明符合法律规定的名誉权侵权条件，所以请法院驳回北大的起诉。梦桃源没有对名誉侵权提供证据证明符合法律规定的要件，所以应该驳回梦桃源的全部诉讼请求。

　　法院认为，根据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》有关规定，判决前能够调解的可以进行调解，调解遵循自愿合法的原则。审判长询问各方当事人是否同意进行调解，各方当事人均不同意。
