　　中国金融期货交易所党委书记、董事长张慎峰表示，从自贸区总体方案和“央行30条”批复之后，中金所加大了在自贸区建设国际金融期货交易平台的方案设想。但是由于未来可能国内还会有其他的自贸区出现，如果必须到自贸区设立一个平台，就会面临市场的分割、碎片化。希望可以在中金所开设一个外汇专柜，满足自贸区相关企业的风险对冲需求。
