　　据通报，张某某，男性，31岁，上海市户籍，医务人员。患者已于1月18日凌晨4时左右，经抢救无效死亡。1月19日，患者样本实验室检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性，经市级临床专家组依据病例的临床表现、实验室检测结果和流行病学调查情况，综合判定该病例为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。

　　有媒体此前报道，这名张姓医生连续发烧两天仍坐镇急诊外科，1月17日凌晨，突然感觉自己胸闷、气短，他被推进抢救室抢救，随后又转入重症监护室。18日凌晨4时许，因重症肺炎抢救无效死亡。
