　　人民网北京1月19日电 (李楠楠) 今日上午，北京大学及北京梦桃源餐饮有限公司诉被告邹恒甫名誉权纠纷两案在北京海淀法院公开开庭审理。现场法庭调查时，原告北京大学的委托代理人要求邹恒甫在搜狐、网易、新浪、人民网四网站及北京晚报、北京青年报等报刊上赔礼道歉。并在其微博中删除侵权文字。

　　北京大学的委托代理人陈述起诉请求和事实理由称：

　　2012年8月21日上午9点19分，被告邹恒甫在其新浪微博上发表如下内容：“北大院长在梦桃源北大医疗室吃饭时只要看到漂亮服务员就必然下手把她们奸淫。北大教授系主任也不例外。所以，梦桃源生意火爆。除了邹恒甫，北大淫棍太多。”

　　截止2012年8月24日保全证据公证时，该侵权内容己被转发69601条，评论17812条；被告又在同一天的21点22分，在其新浪微博上又发表了如下内容：“这种院长主任教授通过总在梦桃源直隶大膳鲂吃喝跟漂亮女服务员发展淫荡关系。至于在外面歌厅舞厅娱乐桑拿会所吃喝嫖娼的院长主任教授就更多了。此等事情在中国高校很普遍。国外很多来中国讲课访问的也把饭后去歌厅舞厅娱乐桑拿洗脚按摩当成必需节目。”截止2012年8月24日保全证据公证时，该侵权内容己被转发10121次，评论1566次。

　　原告系在海内外有着巨大的社会影响力和知名度的百年学府，被告以侮辱、诽谤方式公然损害原告名誉的行为一经出现，就立即引发了国内外媒体和公众持续的高度关注和大量评论，其中不乏盲从被告之举，事件持续发酵。

　　原告社会形象己因此遭受严重损害、社会评价在短时间内明显降低，被告上述行为已经构成对原告名誉权的严重侵害，给原告造成了非常恶劣的社会影响，故起诉至法院，诉讼请求：

　　1、判令被告立即对原告的名誉权停止侵害，立即在其微博中删除侵权文字；

　　2、请求判令被告以公开、书面形式在其微博中、在其侵害原告名誉权影响所及的相应媒体范围内为原告消除影响、给原告恢复名誉、向原告赔礼道歉，具体范围为搜狐、网易、新浪、人民网四大门户网站，平面媒体包括北京媒体五家：北京晚报、北京青年报、新京报、京华时报、法制晚报，全国媒体包括光明日报、中国青年报，请求判令在上述媒体以书面公开方式赔礼道歉；

　　3、诉讼费由被告承担。
