　　地处广西中部的柳州素有“世界第一天然大盆景”的美誉，被柳江河从东、南、西三面环抱，形成“天然大盆景”。位于柳江南岸海拔272.11米的马鞍山，是市民俯瞰柳州全景的首选。

　　1月20日，记者探访了马鞍山竖井电梯。步入山底入口的横洞通道，好似走进了时空隧道，通道很深邃，长约200米，墙壁上贴着各个年代的柳州全景。走过长约200米的通道后，到达安装竖井电梯入口大厅。梯里的按键很简单，只有上下键，电梯的入口处为-1层，到达地点为1层。电梯容量并不大，根据显示，载重量为1000公斤，可以载13名游客同时乘坐。48秒后到达马鞍山之巅，走到观景平台，“天然大盆景”立刻映入眼帘。

　　据介绍，马鞍山山体竖井电梯从2011年投入建设，整个工程历时两年多，投资4900万元。这也是继福建宁德鸳鸯溪景区之后，中国国内开工兴建的第二座山体内部竖井电梯。
