　　近日，被告人王某的辩护律师周翠丽在微博上贴出了北京市律协对她的处分决定书及公开申辩书。处分决定书称，律协执业纪律与执业调处委员会认为，周翠丽律师有不当披露案情的行为，并给予公开谴责处分。

　　周翠丽律师在公开申辩书中称，其委托人王某被诬告，自己在法庭上的发言被审判长粗暴打断，她请律协“做律师的律协，不要做法官的律协”。

　　北京律协表示，根据《北京市律师协会会员纪律处分规则》的规定，会员对处分决定不服，可以在接到处分决定书之次日起三十个工作日内向复查委员会提出书面复查申请。如被处分律师在申请期内提出复查申请，北京市律协将在复查结束后分别向社会及行业进行通报。如被处分律师未提出申请，协会将根据规定，分别向社会及行业进行通报。
