　　人民网北京1月20日电 （记者 唐述权）据上海市卫生和计划生育委员会1月20日通报，上海市报告新增2例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例，均于1月18日死亡，其中一人为上海浦东新区人民医院31岁的外科医生张某某。

　　据通报，患者张某某，男性，31岁，上海市户籍，医务人员。患者已于1月18日凌晨4时左右，经抢救无效死亡。1月19日，患者样本实验室检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性，经市级临床专家组依据病例的临床表现、实验室检测结果和流行病学调查情况，综合判定该病例为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。

　　患者吴某某，男性，77岁，上海市户籍，农民。患者已于1月18日0时左右，经抢救无效死亡。1月19日，患者样本实验室检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性，经市级临床专家组依据病例的临床表现、实验室检测结果和流行病学调查情况，综合判定该病例为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。

　　上海今年以来共报告7例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例，均为散发病例。所有病例的密切接触者，均已落实健康观察措施，目前无异常情况。

　　根据国家规定，从2013年11月1日开始上海市已将人感染H7N9禽流感纳入乙类传染病进行管理。
