　　新华网昆明1月16日电(记者吉哲鹏、白靖利) 针对网民反映的“永胜县顺州乡西山林场万亩天然林被砍伐”，云南省永胜县林业局15日发布调查结果，碧泉林业局西山林场在低效林改造项目实施中，项目业主为了扩大改造面积，擅自砍除应带状保留的9.145亩人工商品林，永胜县森林公安局将按程序从严查处。

　　网民日前发帖称，“云南丽江永胜县顺州乡西山林场，上万亩长江水土保持天然林被砍伐，所有树木不论大小都被连根铲除。”

　　针对网民反映的情况，永胜县及时成立由县林业局、县森林公安局、碧泉林业局组成的联合调查组深入西山林区进行拉网式排查。调查认为，在低效林改造项目实施中，项目业主擅自砍除应带状保留的9.145亩人工商品林，已违反森林法有关规定，永胜县森林公安局正深入调查，将按程序从严查处。

　　为防止类似情况再次发生，永胜县林业局、县森林公安局、碧泉林业局、顺州乡人民政府已组成专项整治小组，对顺州西山林区开展专项整治，以进一步强化林区整治和管护工作，确保森林资源安全。
