在该镇政府办公室，记者询问两名饮酒男子身份，一位自称办公室负责人的张斌称，喝酒的两名男子均是该镇包村干部，但得知记者采访后，随即改口称喝酒的两名男子是附近开发商。
采访中，镇政府办公室内一男子毫不避讳的在电脑上玩游戏，工作人员称，玩游戏男子是外来非正式人员。
