新京报讯 (记者卢美慧 实习生 邵克)1月11日中午12点40分左右，由湖南怀化开往北京的K268次列车上，花垣县访民胡秀祥因被拦截，刺伤两人。
昨日，花垣县委常委、纪委书记刘鸿宾向新京报记者证实，两受伤人员一人为乡镇干部，冲突中受重伤，抢救后脱离生命危险。另一人是花垣县干警，目前伤势无大碍。
“冲突中他比划了剪刀”
据和胡秀祥一起出行的花垣县访民吴群弟和石梅花回忆，列车停靠张家界站时，上来一行人，径直走向正位于餐车车厢的他们。
吴群弟和石梅花称，来者是花垣县的“截访人员”。他们还认出，一名身着警服的人是花垣县公安，此前和他们有过接触。
两人回忆，有个人要抓胡秀祥，也有人追到他俩身后说“回家，不要去北京”。胡秀祥不肯回。双方开始冲突起来。

“已被公安控制”
吴群弟讲述，伤人后，胡秀祥嘟囔一句：“我又不是去做坏事”。
吴群弟说，胡秀祥“边说边哭，被带走了”。
刘鸿宾和胡秀良均称，胡秀祥已被怀化铁路公安控制。昨日，记者致电怀化铁路公安有关部门，对方未作回应。

县干部：拦截因他是缓刑人员
胡秀祥哥哥胡秀良讲述，2008年他本人和外甥因与人发生纠纷，被判一年。全家走上上访之路。事情未解决，“性格被搞坏了”。
花垣县政法委副书记谢镇钢表示，胡秀祥夫妇是老上访户，多年来县里积极解决问题，但二人性格“非常偏执”，对解决方案不接受。这次拦截，因胡秀祥是缓刑人员，“按法律不能离开原籍”。
但胡秀良说，弟弟当时被判刑是没道理的。县里虽一直口头承诺解决问题，实际并未做到，一直拖，成了现在的样子。
