21世纪经济报道 多个消息源向21世纪经济报道记者证实，成都建筑工程集团总公司(以下称“成都建工集团”)总经理黄铿定，在2014年1月被纪检部门带走调查。自2013年1月，时任建工集团董事长张俊，因涉及李春城案而被调查之后，包括张俊、黄铿定在内，该公司已有6人接受调查。
知情人士对21世纪经济报道记者介绍，黄铿定是在2014年1月上旬，由四川省纪委带走，尽管黄铿定属于成都“市管干部”。生于1956年的黄铿定系大专学历，高级会计师。他早在2003年6月起，就担任成都建工集团的总经理、副董事长、党委副书记等职。
2013年1月，时任成都建工集团董事长张俊，因牵扯进原四川省副书记、原成都市委书记李春城案，被调查。知情者称，张俊与李春城颇为关系密切，且常在北京为李春城打点各方关系。最初办理张俊一案的，也并非成都市纪检部门。
张俊接受调查后，建工集团“风波不断”，包括张俊、黄铿定在内，该公司一年间被调查者据称已有6人。
2013年12月中上旬“落马”的四川大学副校长安小予一案，亦与建工集团窝案相关。“安小予任职川大校长助理、副校长期间，分管基建、后勤工作，在包括江安新校区建设等方面，张俊等人与之存在大量的利益输送。”
始建于1954年8月的成都建工集团，是成都市国资委全资企业，也是成都市唯一的房屋建筑特级施工企业。2003年5月，该公司更为现名，旗下所属全资、控股和参股企业67家，自有职工约9900人，从业人员13万余人。
根据中国企业联合会发布的情况，成都建工集团2013年营业收入为293.49亿元，排名全国第353位，相对于上一年度营业收入的304.79亿元及304位的排名，均有所下滑。
