　　据悉，在继续开展试验性应用航次的同时，国家海洋局将摸索开放、共享的“蛟龙”号应用机制，为潜水器业务化运行奠定基础。

　　“我们还将积极履行大洋勘探合同，开展资源评价、深海环境研究。”国家海洋局局长刘赐贵在会议上说，“同时大力发展深海资源开发装备技术，开展大洋矿区申请主体研究，适时提出我国新矿区的申请主张。适应国际海底资源竞争加剧以及国际海底活动由勘探向开发阶段转变的特点，加强大洋工作体制机制研究，增强统筹协调和应变能力。”
