　　1月9日晚，我州色达县五明佛学院发生火灾。

　　火灾发生后，正在外地出差的州委副书记、州政府州长益西达瓦赓即作出重要指示：一是派出工作组。立即赶赴色达，协助指挥火灾扑救工作。二是全力以赴扑救火灾。要求色达县立即组织公安消防、民兵预备役和干部群众，全力扑火，确保火灾所在地群众生命财产安全。三是全力做好应急准备。应急、卫生、商务和交通部门要做好预案，全面做好应急救援工作。四是查明事故原因。要求公安、安监等部门查明火灾原因。

　　目前，色达县和五明佛学院已成立了现场救灾工作组，组织消防和各级干部群众共450余人开展灭火救灾、人员疏散、现场秩序维护、受灾僧尼安置等工作。

　　火灾原因和损失情况正在调查中。
