　　事发地点位于海兴县小山乡南小山村西。据村民介绍，昨天凌晨，村民被一声爆炸惊醒，随后听到了连续的爆炸声，家中的玻璃也被震碎。“当时我以为就是在我家院子里面发生的爆炸，地面也在晃动，就和地震一样。”爆炸声过后，新星礼花厂所在位置燃起明火。爆炸导致附近村内的多户居民家中玻璃被震碎，有村民被碎玻璃划伤。
