　　广东省财政厅向会议提交了2013年省级财政预计超收收入安排使用情况的报告，2013年省级公共财政预算预计完成1559.5亿元，比上年增长13%，与人大批准的年初预算1451亿元相比，超收108.5亿元(其中税收收入81亿元、非税收入27.5亿元)，剔除需收列支项目27.5亿元后，新增可安排财力为81亿元。
