　　在当天例行记者会上，有记者问，王毅外长正在非洲访问，有专家称，王毅外长此访是针对日本。中方对此有何回应？

　　华春莹说，中国和非洲的友好关系几十年来始终如一。中国一直本着“真、实、亲、诚”的原则发展与非洲国家的关系，尽我们所能为促进非洲国家的和平与发展事业作出积极贡献。中方的真诚和无私帮助对于促进非洲国家的经济社会发展起到积极作用，得到非洲国家的欢迎和认同。

　　她说，中国外长每年年初首访非洲，这是中国外交几十年来的优良传统，体现了中国对非洲的一贯重视和对中非传统友谊的珍视。
