　　人民网雅安1月7日电 (记者 仝宗莉)中国红十字会常务副会长赵白鸽7日在雅安市芦山县龙门乡隆兴中心校慰问该校学生时表示，“郭美美事件”督促提醒中国红十字会检查自身不足，更用心做好工作；她同时提醒，希望各界面对一些热点问题时能准确、真实的传递信息，因为社会需要更多正能量。

　　赵白鸽强调，中国红十字会不仅是慈善、人道组织，它更注重的是对每一个生命的挽救，是政府在人道领域的得力助手。中国红十字会欢迎各界监督，同时也希望公众了解的是真实、全面的中国红十字会。

　　赵白鸽介绍说，在今后的工作中，中国红十字会首先将通过建立制度、规范资金使用流程等有效手段来严格自我监督。比如，在“4.20”芦山地震后，中国红十字会制定了严格规范的重建工作流程和援建项目资金使用流程，通过与四川省政府签署《关于援助芦山地震灾后恢复重建备忘录》等形式来加强项目申报、进度报告、资金拨付、质量监管等方面的指导，规范所属市、县红十字会灾后重建工作。同时中国红十字会欢迎来自政府部门如审计署，以及社会各界，尤其是媒体的监督。期望形成如上的“四级监督”，来更好规范红会相关工作。
