　　中新网北京1月7日电 (记者 于立霄)原铁道部运输局副局长兼营运部主任苏顺虎涉嫌受贿2490余万元案，7日在北京市第二中级法院再度开庭审理。检方提供了两份新的证据，包括其涉嫌收受他人好处费，当做其子海外留学之费用。

　　苏顺虎第一起受贿案发生在2003年至2008年间，接受山西曲沃县闵光焦化有限责任公司董事长张邦才请托，为该公司解决煤炭运输等提供帮助，多次收受张邦才给予的钱款共计85万余元。

　　第二起受贿案发生于2004年至2010年间，苏顺虎接受江西省物资贸易有限责任公司法定代表人周云富请托，为该公司解决煤炭运输等提供帮助，先后收受周云富给予的款物折合人民币1194万余元。

　　周云富今天在法庭上出具了新的书证：为了让苏顺虎帮助解决煤炭货运问题，他当时曾给苏顺虎在澳洲留学的儿子汇款110万澳元，作为留学费用。辩方当庭对周云富所提供证据的数额和收款人英文姓名提出了异议，认为涉外证据取证程序存在瑕疵。

　　苏顺虎最后一次受贿案发生在2008年至2011年间，苏顺虎接受北京铁润商贸有限责任公司法定代表人段莉请托，为该公司解决货物运输等提供帮助，多次收受段莉给予的款物折合人民币1212万余元。

　　检方对苏顺虎的3项受贿指控，其妻子叶晓毛均参与其中，叶晓毛是原铁道部行管局机关服务中心退休干部，因涉嫌掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪，折合款物人民币共计1300余万元，在苏顺虎被相关部门控制后，被取保候审。

　　苏顺虎案是原铁道部部长刘志军受贿案之一。案发后，苏顺虎积极退赃，受贿的大部分款物已被追缴。

　　今天该案庭审结束后，法院并未当庭宣判。(完)
