　　国家卫生计生委今天举办2014年首场新闻发布会。新闻发言人毛群安表示：国家卫生计生委将做好单独两孩政策出台后的服务工作；同时，争取今年内出台禁止室内公共场所吸烟的条例。

　　单独两孩政策放开成为2013年中国卫生计生领域十大新闻之一，今年一季度部分省市将出台细则。国家卫生计生委新闻发言人毛群安说，做好相关的服务工作将是国家卫生计生委今年的重要工作之一。

　　毛群安：单独两孩政策的实施可能会带来一个问题，也是大家关心的一个问题，就是相关的服务工作，比如说孕产妇的保健、新生儿接生的条件准备，我们会做好这一方面的准备工作，也是我们2014年一个重要的工作内容。

　　我国是世界上最大的烟草生产国和消费国，也是受烟草危害最严重的国家之一。全国吸烟人数超过3亿，每年有100多万人死于吸烟相关疾病，约10万人死于二手烟暴露导致的相关疾病。毛群安透露：今年将争取出台禁止室内公共场所吸烟的条例。

　　毛群安：根据现在的研究，烟草已经确认了有69种致癌物 ，还有一些化学成份要做进一步的研究。烟草所能带来的经济的收益和它所给我们公众带来的健康危害相比，这个收益是微不足道的。国家卫生计生委要争取在2014年出台禁止室内公共场所吸烟的条例。

　　对于百姓需长期服用的一些价格价廉的药品，企业因利润较低不愿生产、市场上短缺的状况，毛群安表示，国家卫生计生委正在研究制定相关政策，并有望尽快出台。

　　毛群安：怎么样保障公众急需，医疗服务急需，但相对来说价格不是很高，这正是我们国家基本药物政策所追求的目标。国家卫生计生委正在会同相关部门，在研究怎么样保障这些药品生产、供应、使用的长效政策，我预计这个政策不长时间就会出台。
