　　中共海南省委书记罗保铭在此间会议上作《海南省委常委会报告》时说，2013年，强力推进廉政风险防控机制建设，对34项法规制度进行廉洁性评估。深化对国土、海域岸线、森林和水资源、保障性住房、工程建设等领域突出问题，以及公务用车、“小金库”、收送红包和会员卡等问题的专项法理，严禁公款购买月饼、公款印刷贺年卡挂历等。坚决纠正教育、医疗、食品药品安全、旅游市场等领域损害群众切身利益的不正之风。坚决查处违纪违法案件，截至去年11月底，纪检监察机关共立案617件，已结案551件。
