　　新华网北京1月8日电(记者丁静) 记者8日从北京市民政局获悉，北京市民政局已公布针对李亚鹏等人举办的“北京市书院中国文化发展基金会”(简称“书院中国”)的调查结果，未发现其以公益名义敛财。

　　北京市民政局在其官方微博表示，针对周筱赟反映北京市书院中国文化发展基金会“名称违规、涉嫌敛财、法人任职违规”问题，经初步调查情况如下：基金会名称符合相关规定，但对外活动应使用全称或规范的简称；根据审计情况，未发现以公益名义敛财等问题；兼任其他组织法定代表人属实，已责令其限期整改，变更手续正在办理。

　　去年12月18日，网民“落魄书生周筱赟”通过其认证微博举报李亚鹏担任法人代表的北京市书院中国文化发展基金会存在问题：一是发现李亚鹏同时担任“书院中国基金会”法人代表和北京美丽春天传播有限公司法人代表，此举涉嫌违规；二是周筱赟获得的“书院中国基金会”2012年度工作报告显示，用于公益事业的总支出比三个分项支出多了5万多元。理论上这两个数字应该相等，希望李亚鹏公开财务报表等更详细内容。

　　“落魄书生周筱赟”微博还指出，“书院中国”的“疑点”还包括：基金会置身中书投资公司楼内，投资公司和基金会都拿书院做名头等。

　　基金会的登记管理单位、北京市社会团体管理办公室相关负责人告诉记者，根据相关规定，基金会举办人在其他机构担任法人之后，不能在基金会再担任法人。因为信息获取难度大等原因，民政部门在登记时履行“形式审查”，即个人作出声明，承诺没有担任其他机构法人，原则上就视为值得信任。如果发现违规，相关部门会责令基金会整改，要求变更基金会法人或者基金会法人辞去其他机构法人职务等。

　　记者8日从“北京市企业信用信息网”查询北京美丽春天传播有限公司注册信息发现，法人姓名已经变更为张萍，李亚鹏与张萍均为企业投资人。

　　北京市社团办此前接受新华社专访称，根据会计师事务所的审计意见，“书院中国”上一年的财务情况符合相关要求。
