　　中新网无锡1月6日电 (记者 洪晓红 孙权) 6日从无锡市滨湖区人口和计划生育局获悉，该局正在抓紧进行张艺谋超生案的调查处理。在前期开展大量调查核实工作的基础上，2013年12月28日，该局向陈婷、张艺谋寄送了社会抚养费征收告知书，2013年12月30日，陈婷、张艺谋签收了告知书。

　　2014年1月3日，滨湖区人口和计划生育局收到了陈婷、张艺谋的书面申辩，对其已申报的部分收入提出了申辩。

　　目前，滨湖区人口和计划生育局开始对当事人提出的上述申辩进行审核，随后将及时作出答复，并在法律时效内作出征收决定。(完)
