　　在坚决查处大案要案的同时，检察机关高度重视查办发生在群众身边的贪污贿赂犯罪案件。“一些发生在群众身边的贪污贿赂犯罪尽管涉案金额不大，但直接侵害群众合法权益，直接损害党群干群关系，人民群众非常痛恨。对此，我们有针对性地加大查办贪污贿赂犯罪力度。”最高检反贪部门有关负责人说。

　　据介绍，去年1月至11月，全国检察机关共立案查办发生在群众身边、损害群众利益的贪污贿赂犯罪案件16510件23017人，分别占立案总数的60.6%和62.4%，其中大案12824件，占77.7%，要案825人，占3.6%，涉案总金额55.1亿余元。
