　　1月5日上午11时许，四川省内江市威远县小河镇岩洞湾矸子厂发生局部瓦斯燃烧事故，8人被困。中午12时许，被困人员中5人成功升井，1人送往医院医治无效死亡。晚19时20分，剩余被困3人升井，送往医院后宣布确认死亡。

　　目前，现场救援工作基本结束，事故原因正在调查之中。
