　　陆丰涉毒问题由来已久，2011年整治以来，不到两年间，警方共侦破涉及陆丰制贩毒案件2100余宗，抓获犯罪嫌疑人2300余人。但整治前的3年，从2006年到2008年，全国警方破获毒品案件中毒源来自陆丰有1700多宗。同一时期，陆丰市警方3年侦破毒品案件仅23宗，抓获嫌疑人25名，多数人取保候审，缴获毒品25.15克。

　　近日，根据广东省公安厅通报，有关部门在调查时发现陆丰市禁毒大队一名中队长郭某与被抓的博社村党支部原书记蔡东家有牵连，郭某已被“双规”。目前，博社村抓紧民生工程建设、发展村里的经济，改变经济基础薄弱催生犯罪经济的怪圈。
