　　中新社北京1月6日电 (记者 刘辰瑶) 针对日前中国中铁股份有限公司总裁白中仁“因债自杀”的传言，该公司董事会秘书、新闻发言人于腾群6日在接受中新社记者采访时明确表示，公司的债务和风险是可控的，总体情况不错。

　　中国中铁股份有限公司董事会1月5日披露，该公司执行董事、总裁白中仁1月4日因意外逝世。

　　随后，有媒体引述知情者消息称，白中仁近年因公司债务负担重患上抑郁症，1月4日下午从自己家中楼上跳下，经抢救无效逝世。

　　对于辞世原因和是否患有抑郁症一事，该公司及相关负责人并无直接回应。于腾群称，“(中铁)这么大的公司，作为公司主要领导有压力是正常的，但是目前公司生产经营状况也是正常的。”

　　数据显示，中国中铁2013年前三季营业总收入已达到3819.88亿元(人民币，下同)，净利润约为62.57亿元。净利润为2010年以来最低。

　　由于白中仁去世比较突然，家属多在外地，据于腾群透露，公司目前正在配合家属做好善后工作，追悼会等相关事宜尚未有具体时间安排。
