　　经纪检部门查明，2013年12月2日，攸县交通局道路管理所酒埠江交管站站长陈凯上班时间违规驾驶公车，到县城某足浴场所洗脚；2013年8月，茶陵县潞水镇镇长彭志兵为女儿先后两次操办升学宴，收受礼金21．1万元；2010年元月至2013年2月，株洲广播电视大学违规发放“绩效工资”和“劳务费”等684．72万元。
